Paul Sewell on Endotherapeutics

Trish

Hello listeners. It’s Trish Hammond here again from the Aesthetics Uncensored Podcast and today, I’ll be speaking with Paul Sewell. Now Paul Sewell is actually the National Sales Manager of the Laser & Aesthetics Division at Endotherapeutics. So we’ve just hooked up with Endotherapeutics recently, and they have, like, there’s some fantastic things going on over there. So today we’re going to have just a bit of an intro talk about Endotherapeutics, then we’re going to talk about one of the devices as well. So welcome, Paul.

Paul

Hi, Trish, how are you?

Trish

Really good. Thank you and yourself?

Paul

I’m not too bad. It’s great. Great morning here in Sydney.

Trish

How lucky are we that we live on the east coast of Australia?

Paul

Yeah. Well, the weather’s turned out nice this week, so it’s been good.

Trish

Yeah, fantastic. Now, I’ve been looking forward to this chat, because I’ve just recently attended the offices of Endotherapeutics, which is in Macquarie in Sydney, Macquarie Park. And I was actually really blown away because it’s a fantastic set up like really special. And just having a look in your training room, like the devices that you’ve got there. So first of all, tell us a little bit about Endotherapeutics, how long they’ve been around, a little bit of a history of the company and how the aesthetic section started?

Paul

Yes, certainly. So the business has been around in Australia for probably well over 20 years. It was founded by Ivan Srejber and we’re principally a urology and gynecology business. But over the years, our portfolios have been expanding to the point now where we have five divisions. So divisions in colorectal, gastroenterology, ENT and then aesthetics has been one of the newest business units to be set up and I started that with the business in 2019 when we took on a laser for varicose veins.

Trish

Okay, so the varicose veins laser was the first intro to the aesthetic side of the business.

Paul

Yeah, so it’s probably not strictly speaking an aesthetics product, but it certainly is, in terms of addressing your major need for a lot of people and varicose veins are quite a confronting thing to have visually as well as living with varicose veins, so it was a good starting point for us. And then from there, we added LPG Endermologie, which is a leading French brand that’s been around for 30 years to enter LED, which is a three wavelength LED system, and Blooméa macroexfoliation, which is also a French brand.

Trish

Okay, so if we take these one by one, though, then so tell us about the Endermologie, because I’d actually heard about Endermologie years and years ago, and then it kind of slipped off the radar and now it’s kind of making a comeback. And like, which is really, really exciting, because I know that it has some amazing modality and amazing things that it can help with. So we’ll talk about them, as well but it kind of slipped off the right of it. Now it’s coming back with a bit of a vengeance. Hey,

Paul

Yeah, so we’re trying to make sure we do bring it back with a vengeance and it’s been always looked after by our distributors. So LPG is a French company, and they’re headquartered in a number of locations in France but globally, they always have a distributor model. And so in Australia, you’ve had multiple distributors that have done various things with it and have different focuses and so, since we’re a medical device company, first we want to really elevate LPGs presence across both the beauty and the medical market because, as you said, Trish, it’s got so many great modalities. From its cosmetic applications, fine lines and wrinkles and slimming and cellulite. It also has applications in lymphatic drainage, scar rejuvenation, just improving the overall characteristics of the skin, so it is a fantastic technology and it’s been around for 30 years because it is such a great technology. And it has so many different modalities where I’m sure you can appreciate that. The aesthetics industry sees a lot of technologies come and go. LPG has stood the test of time. It just needs someone to really look after it and present it to all the different markets.

Trish

Yeah, and I think that’s what excites me, that was the first thing that excited me was the fact that the Endermologie because I know what it can treat and I know for a fact that it’s been used in a lot of clinics for pre and post treatments or so you can use it as a standalone treatment as well. And correct me if I’m wrong, and help me to add because I’m still learning, I think yeah, so because I know for a fact that it can help with like the texture of the skin because I know this because I’ve actually had it done myself years and years ago where you had that the suit you put it on, and then that it was just like a really lovely mess and so this is a genuine pain free treatment.

Paul

Yeah, definitely. Yeah.

Trish

I had it done. Yeah, for cellulite and I just remember, the texture of my skin improved and the only reason I stopped going is because the clinic actually ended up closing down. It was a lot of clinics, yes and I’d always remembered it from that as well. And now to see it kind of like I guess it’s kind of this is probably, nearly 20 years to sort of see it, sort of be not that it’s pretty brand new, but as it sort of come back again, like bigger and brighter and looks like a totally different machine. And even the one piece outfit that you wear, it looks different to the one that I will. But tell us how are people using it? If we talk about some, if we take it as a standalone, and then we’ll talk about it, how it can actually improve patients outcomes? Yeah, so it treats the toning?

Paul

Yeah, so status, standalone product, it’s been used quite extensively in the beauty industry. At the moment, we’ve got a number of really good clinics that have had an LPG machine for over 20 years through all three generations of the device. So we’re up to the latest generation now, which is the CELLU M6 Alliance system and I think, as you agree, Trish, they’re a really sexy looking machine, it’s a lot nicer compared to the first generation machine.

Trish

I know, it’s like a little piece of art.

Paul

Yeah, it is. It’s like a little robotic piece of art. So it sits on wheels, and it’s got little hoses that come out the side and so it looks fantastic. I think that’s aesthetically pleasing, itself to sit in a clinic. But in terms of our existing beauty customers, it’s been being used extensively by them to naturally address things like cellulite. So the French reparative referred to it as the orange peel appearance and it’s doing that to help by stimulating receptors in the tissue and making them more elastic and making them more responsive, it can help release the stored fats in the tissue, and which then helps improve the tone of the skin. But then it also stimulates fibroblasts and so that’s why it has applications in just improving the overall texture of the skin, but also in its facial application. So, fine lines and wrinkles can be quite readily addressed with all LPG naturally in a non invasive manner, through the fact that the LPG treatment head will activate the fibroblasts and reawaken the production of hyaluronic acid and collagen elastin so it’s a really nice machine. If you’re wanting something that’s particularly wanting something it’s not not invasive, and it’s natural.

Trish

And so that’s as a standalone treatment. But what about enhancing the treatments that are already out there? Just use the example of say for example, a practitioner or a plastic surgeon who actually is doing surgery on a patient, and how it can help with the pre and the post. So I know that it’s got massive benefits for what you would call it like, oh, not detoxification.

Paul

It gets into the deeper layers of the skin, it helps to free up a lot of the fibrotic nature of say cellulite, where there’s a lot of adhesions, the tissue can be quite, quite tough and woody. And so by going in with LPG, for a good number of sessions, potentially up to 10 sessions prior to a liposuction procedure, you gain to just improve the overall characteristics of the skin LPGs also clinically proven. It’s been documented with multiple papers to help with the microcirculation so does this with lymphatic drainage, with just circulation in general, and so it’s helping to prepare the tissue for what is it’s not an invasive procedure, but basically helping prepare it for liposuction inside the tissue is going to be easier to work with, for the surgeon, it’s going to be more supple, there’ll be less fibrotic tissue to have to manage, and then post procedure is going to help with all that, that edema and in swelling that comes with them with say, a liposuction procedure, as well as helping to even out irregularities that may be present, post lipo, or some of those asymmetries that are hard to address surgically. LPG will help you in some ways iron out those irregularities and help with the asymmetries.

Trish

Yep. Which really, I was looking at, as I was doing some research, I was looking at the before and after photos and there was one patient who actually just had the Endermologie treatment before and after surgery. Before were actually before on one leg that she’d had liposuction on and none on the other leg and this one leg that was done didn’t have a mark on it, but the other leg was totally bruised from top to bottom.

Paul

Yeah, so that was taken from a study from overseas where they did, yeah, basically liposuction bilaterally, and they treated one of her legs with LPG, prior to the procedure, and then the other one hadn’t. And as you said, the bruising was significant on the leg and the edema that was sitting on the leg that had a lipo, but without LPG, that the leg that had LPG prior to the procedure had very little bruising, and very little edema and it’s simply because the tissue, and all those adhesions in the circulation had been, in some ways enhanced or boosted. So that post procedure, the body could handle the natural removal of the byproducts of a surgical procedure, which traditionally, for something lipos is your oedema and your swelling.

Trish

Yeah. I mean, that photo was mind blowing. I was like, Whoa, that, like, that’s just saying that in itself was enough to make me think, yeah, that is definitely something that I would want to do. But even because, like I know that it can benefit scars as well, can you kind of explain how that would work?

Paul

Yeah, certainly. So particularly with something like this area and scars, once the scar is stabilised, you can actually work on the scar to help release a lot of the adhesions that come with the scar. So quite often with any type of scar, it’s not just the visual appearance of the scar, that’s the issue. It’s also the adhesion, the tightness around that scar, so particularly with things like burn scars, you’ve got people who have may have had a burn as a child, and then they’re living in their 40s, or whatever, and they’ve had this lingering scar that’s on their body somewhere, it won’t be just the appearance of the scar they’re managing, it’s also the the actual tightness in the skin. And so because LPG endermologie, and it was actually developed well over 30 years by the founder to be a treatment for burns scars, it will actually help work on the scar itself to reduce its appearance. And that’s simply because it’s stimulating the fibroblasts, making the scar more elastic, just improving the overall appearance of the scar improving the circulation in the tissue. But as well as that it’s freeing up all that adhesion and the tightness that’s within the scar.

Trish

Yeah, it’s because the feeling of it is like, it’s kind of like a vacuum. So it’s actually like when it’s used on the patient. It’s like it’s actually genuinely pain free. It’s actually a pleasurable experience where the vacuum sits on the skin that kind of, scrolls all the way along and lists up the skin as it goes. And I guess that’s kind of what makes the magic happen, I guess.

Paul

Yes, that’s the mechanism. So yeah, the magic comes with the combination of and this is particularly with the latest generation system, where you’ve got in the main treatment head, a roller, flapping in suction and so what it’s doing is helping to bring a skin fold deep into that tissue head and helping to stimulate the skin at a really deep level. And so it’s able to get through all the layers of the dermis to basically address the needs of improving circulation, you’re helping free up all that adhesion and just making the tissue more supple. And as you said, it’s actually quite a calming and relaxing treatment and simply because the frequency of the suction is operating at 16 hertz, which that’s a bit of a novel concept here. So that’s why you don’t really feel the pain with no LPG treatment because the skin’s almost been tricked into thinking that it’s been put to sleep.

Trish

Yeah. And, and just with something that’s not, that’s kind of not on topic, but it’s, I’m imagining that would be really good for someone who had, like, lymphedema or like it was naturally prone to swelling, to swell up.

Paul

Yes certainly, yeah, I mean, that’s where there’s been quite a number of papers, or a number of papers that were actually written from out of Charles Sturt University or Flinders University in South Australia, where they’ve done some quality, early research on the use of vacuum therapy versus manual therapy. And so what it’s doing basically is helping to create a pressure differential, because particularly with the lymphatic system, it’s obviously not working through having the heart pumping the fluid along so we have people who are carrying, say excess weight, or they’re on their feet all the time, or they’re sitting down all the time, they quite often will get a lot of pooling of fluids in their extremities. And so what LPG will help do is through creating a pressure differential will help move that fluid away from the extremities and back to where it needs to be. So it certainly can help with that, that swelling in, the heaviness that comes with a lot of our modern life.

Trish

Yeah. So it’s kind of like, it’s a way to sort of what I see, it’s like a little bit of a detox, like, as well, like, just by having a treatment, it’s kind of like activating the body to kind of detox like just certainly that fluid exchange and all that?

Paul

Yeah, and it’s a fundamental part of, say, Chinese herbal medicine in some ways is that you’ve got to improve the overall health of the body before you can start addressing particular areas. And so if you are able to address lymphatic drainage and microcirculation, and just improve the overall health of the body, you then are well on your way to addressing other more serious issues or issues that they’re managing specifically. And so by helping to remove all that heavy, swollen feeling from say, out of extremities, out of the legs, out of the arms, or out of the abdomen, particularly saying in pregnancy, a lot of women are carrying a lot of excess fluid post-pregnancy, then LPG is certainly a natural, non-invasive solution they can reach to help bring them back to a pre-baby body in some ways.

Trish

And it’s true, because once someone’s had a baby and they’re breastfeeding or whatever, they can’t go and have anything that’s gonna make them there that is going to help them along, you know what I mean? Like, you’re not allowed to do this. Not only that, so this is something that could be used even for the post mommy, you’re the person who’s looking for something.

Paul

Yeah, so in the early stages, obviously, post-pregnancy, you don’t want to be addressing things like cellulite or fat storage, because that is a natural part of having a baby. You need to have some stores to help feed the babies, but what you can do is help remove all that excess fluid. So, particularly post-pregnancy, there’s a lot of excess fluid that’s sitting in the legs or around the abdomen. So the LPG system has got some specific programs that have been designed by experts in France, to particularly address post-baby body and it’s not about addressing stored fats or Seelye it’s just about addressing the fluid that’s been stored due to the fact that you know, the woman’s had a very heavyweight sitting around their abdomen, potentially impeding lymphatic flow that LPG will help just bring that lymphatic flow back to normal and help remove a lot of that excess fluid which will simply improve the comfort factor of the woman who’s had just had a baby.

Trish

And certainly because I know that it comes with you can get a couple of I get to call it headpieces on them too. There’s one for the face and one for the body, what’s the face one going to help with?

Paul

So the face one will so there’s basically two sizes on the face once you’ve got a large you know applicator and a small applicator so it’ll address everything from wrinkles and fine lines in the decolletage with a double chin, fine lines and dark circles around the eyes. It’ll help lift the skin and so it has been proven that even after one treatment, you will actually get a noticeable plumping effect from the facial treatment applicator. And it’s simply because it’s just improving all the microcirculation in the tissue so it actually will improve just the appearance of the skin. So there’s actually a specific program in the face protocols called glow and so it’s particularly targeted to just improve the overall appearance of the skin. But it’ll be about addressing specific concerns or needs of a woman, particularly if they’re wanting to address a lot of fine lines and wrinkles that have just formed over our busy lives. All the LPG systems can certainly address that and that’s simply because it targets the fibroblasts and reawakens and because as we age, and as we get over 40, where the fibroblasts decided to go to sleep, and so it’ll specifically target those fibroblasts to reawaken them and help hyaluronic acid and collagen elastin be produced naturally, which will just overall help the appearance of the skin.

Trish

Yep. I love the sound of Endermologie, and I absolutely can’t wait to have one because I’ve actually had it done. Like I said before, so and I loved it, it was a fantastic treatment, I only stopped because, um, they finished they told me. How easy is it for a patient who’s looking for an Endermologie treatment to find someone who does it?

Paul

Yeah, I mean, there’s certainly quite a lot of good operators in most of the capital cities and on our website, Endermologie, we have a clinic finder so someone who was interested in taking on an Endermologie treatment could just go onto our website and search for a clinic in the area, as well as at the French website. So if they went on to LPG endermologie, which is the French international site, there’s also a great clinic finder there. But basically, we’d be more than happy to take any phone calls from anybody who was interested, they can contact me directly, just to say, look, I’m interested in Endermologie, can someone tell me a little bit about it? Where can I go and get treatment?

Trish

Yeah, I might do, I’ll put a link on the podcast as well.

Paul

Yeah, that’d be great.

Trish

So that’s just one of these three treatments. And one of these things, some devices that you have onboard, so tell us about your KEEP LED light therapy system, because I know that this is something a little bit different, yet again, as well, isn’t it?

Paul

Yeah, so LED is now well documented or well accepted in all sorts of different aesthetic applications and so the key LED device is a medical-grade LED, so it was specifically designed at the University of Alanya. They have a special technology hub called Alma cube and so it was developed to be a medical-grade LED system. So it has the three main essential wavelengths of red, infrared, and blue and then it’s also the output from the LEDs is at a medical-grade. So it’s actually generating the right amount of energy to specifically target certain actions and the great thing about it as well is that it’s the three wavelengths, or the three lights are all contained in the one treatment head and so there’s no need to say swap over treatment heads for different wavelengths. The treatment head is specifically designed to just sit flat up against the face, and the lights will actually deliver the right amount of energy to the right part of the face at the correct wavelength.

Trish

And so with some LED light, is it, like I know it’s medical grade, but is it like, can’t see the size of it, like is it huge, is it?

Paul

No, it’s only basically you lie back in a chair and you just have it a couple of centimeters away from the face and it literally is probably a very similar footprint to the size of your face. So it’s not been designed to wrap around the face, because the LED lights around the different parts of the actual treatment head have all been specifically designed to deliver the right amount of energy depending on the point on the face. So the lights, the closer to say the tip of the nose will put out less energy and then the lights that are adjacent sides of the face will put out the right amount of energy so you get a really good, even coverage of energy and that’s without needing to wrap the module right around the face, which in my mind can be a little bit probably claustrophobic or you’re quite hot under those under those lights.

Trish

Yep, yep, totally. So with the wavelengths are the blue one, that’s the one that’s like the antibacterial. Yeah, so it’s like acne that sort of thing.

Paul

Yes, certainly. So there’s great applications for acne and we’ve got a number of clinics that have got the system and one fantastic story I heard was that of a teenage boy who at the age of 17, I didn’t get had a photo taken since he was probably 12 or 13. And simply because his acne in his mind was so bad that he didn’t want to have a photo taken so I couldn’t actually get it before and after shot from this client who’s got our system because she didn’t have it before shot to show me but basically, he had his acne resolved. She traded him during the lockdown last year when her clinic was actually closed and basically got a fantastic result to the point where exactly is needed. But gone away completely.

Trish

Wow. Amazing. And the red, so that one’s for the that’s your anti aging stuff?

Paul

Yeah, certainly Yeah. So, it will help target the tissue to basically reawaken the tissue and so it just helps to improve the visible appearance of the skin, help produce collagen elastin and, and just make the skin more supple.

Trish

Yeah. Okay, and the infrared, because I always, he’d always get mixed up with infrared. So the infrared one is the one that’s the repair, isn’t it? Like the anti-inflammatory?

Paul

Yeah, and so and because it’s infrared, obviously, you can’t see it. So the great thing about the two indicators, you have a false red light that will show and so when the systems on the infrared mode will come on naturally and there’ll be a that your the client will still be able to feel I suppose the energy but the operator can see that the red light itself, but the infrared yes is a repairing wavelength.

Trish

Okay, so we’ve got the CELLU M6 Alliance Endermologie, we’ve got the KEEP LED light therapy system

Paul

Blooméa Macro Exfoliation.

Trish

Tell us about that one.

Paul

Yeah, so Blooméa works through basically, you’ve got a number of steps in the protocol. But what it’s doing initially is with the treatment head, you’re using an applicator tip that has almost like just an abrasive paper on the surface of it and so what you start off with after you’ve repaired the skin ceiling and cleanse it with some micellar water, you then work to a particular protocol that is well described by Blooméa and a disc will help resurface the skin. So if you’ve got say, some fine lines or wrinkles, or some pigmentation spots, it’ll help resurface those areas and then once you’ve gone through all that part of the protocol, you then remove the the abrasive paper, and you then massage up the Blooméa proprietary products, but you can it’s also designed to be used with clinics, their own skincare range, and then you massage using the treatment head, the skincare product into the tissue just to help repair effectively what you’ve just resurfaced. At the same time, there’s a red LED light that’s also being emitted out of the head of the treatment head so whilst you’re massaging the cream into the skin, the red LED is helping to just calm and reduce the redness of the skin. So it’s almost like a triple action coming out of the same treatment head.

Trish

And is that a practitioner?

Paul

No, it’s basically designed to be used by anyone in the beauty market. So anyone who’s got experience with conducting facials, so you would say, you could probably argue it’s more gentler than then some of the other exfoliation products. And that’s why this is called macro exfoliation, rather than microdermabrasion. It’s designed to exfoliate the surface layers, so it can address things like stretch marks, it can help with, say a cesarean scar, it can help with different scars on the body as well. So it’s helping to just resurface the skin, take down your number of layers, but then you’re able to then massage and gently apply repairing creams into the skin using the applicator head.

Trish

Amazing. Those were very exciting. And I guess that’s what I love about the Endermologie range is the fact that it’s really non invasive. It’s kind of like bringing, bringing natural back, if that makes any sense. Like still being able to do all these things that make you feel better and make you look better, but it’s kind of got a natural slant to it.

Paul

Yeah, so all the products we’ve got in the range at the moment are, you’re natural, non invasive, particularly the LPG Endermologie product, and that has a real appeal to a big subset of the population who don’t necessarily want an invasive procedure or they’ve maybe had something in the past and the result wasn’t fantastic or they didn’t like the experience. The great thing about LPG Endermologie is that you could have a regular monthly treatment, which is what you designed to have seed start off with a say an activation phase of maybe going and having treatment twice a week for the first six weeks. But then after that you just do a maintenance treatment once a month and the fantastic thing about it is you can keep doing that on a regular basis just to help maintain your overall appearance and just help you move those fluids along to help address cellulite. And it’s certainly something you can keep going back month after month. And the clinics we speak to a lot of the reason why the clients keep coming back is because they just find it such a relaxing, calming experience that it’s as good as going getting a fantastic massage, but at the same time it’s addressing their particular needs.

Trish

Yeah, taking the trauma or looking good. That’s it?

Paul

That’s it? Yeah, it’s not, it doesn’t have to be. And certainly, with LPG Endermologie, particularly, definitely doesn’t have to be a painful, painful process.

Trish

Yet. Fantastic. Look, I’m really excited, I’m really excited to be working with Endermologie. I’m really excited to learn about all the technologies and the fact that like, all the things that you guys are doing, and all the things that you’ve got planned to come ahead as well. So it’s really, really exciting.

Paul

Yeah, we’re excited too obviously, we’ve all gone through a really tough time, the last couple of years with COVID. And it really unsettles just our ability to operate and so we’re really looking forward to 2022 to being the start of really refocusing back on our businesses. I know that all the clients that we work with, they’ve got great plans for their own businesses. And so we want to be a part of that, and support them through that journey. We want to obviously engage with lots of new clients and so we’re going to be attending all the main esthetic conferences in 2022. And, or going well, they’re going to be back on again so looking forward to attending those events, then just showcasing our portfolio of products.

Trish

Yeah, fantastic. Well, I’m really excited to be part of that set, that’s really exciting. So tell us, how can people get in contact with you and how can they find you? Like I mean, of course, we’re gonna do features on the Anybodi website for you as well but how can someone listen to this? And things I need to get a hold of these people. How can they find you?

Paul

Yeah, so I mean, we’re very active on LinkedIn. So Endotherapeutics, as a company, has a really good LinkedIn profile. So we’re constantly posting on LinkedIn about all our different business units. So you know, women’s health products or urology products, we’re always showcasing those on LinkedIn, as well as aesthetics products, obviously but we’ve got a website dedicated to the aesthetics business unit, which is Endermologie Inc. And we’ve also got another website called Endotherapeutics aesthetics. So yeah, we can share those links. But basically, anyone can contact me any time and we can share my information as well as part of the podcast and just contact us directly. We have a fantastic customer service department as well so they can contact anyone who’s interested in this contact customer service and I’ll also put them in the right direction.

Trish

Yeah, fantastic. And about that for the simple reason, I’ve actually been there and I’ve seen the team and I’ve seen the space that you’ve got, like, it’s just it’s really impressive, like, anyone be like,

Paul

Yeah, then there are beautiful new offices in Macquarie Park. And I think it really showcases who we are, like, we’ve definitely grown over the years and moved from different locations. We were originally in Epping, and then during COVID, we moved and went to a new site and it’s certainly a beautiful building and we’ve got a great team and the atmosphere in the office is fantastic. Something I forgot to mention three stories. We are also quite busy on social media so you can find us on Instagram and Facebook as well. And Bernadette, who’s in our marketing team has been putting some fantastic you know, material up on on things like our world, the world box, which I didn’t mention, which is an LPG at home device plus also the skincare range and, and just showcasing on Instagram and Facebook the what we do,

Trish

Yep, fantastic. And I love the fact that you guys, because when I came in you guys actual had customer service teams. So anyone who does have anything to do with any of the products, you’ve got a whole team of people that are actually looking after you.

Paul

Basically it just takes a phone call to the office and they’ll put the person right yet someone like myself or Bernadette or anyone in the team and we’ll look after them really well.

Trish

Yeah, fantastic look, thank you so much for joining us today and thanks for showing us all your wonderful, the office and the treatments that are available and that was really fun so we look forward to learning more and sharing more as well.

Paul

Oh definitely yes I’m a we’ve got that fantastic training space down in the ground floor of the building and so we’ll be welcoming people into that learning space in the new year obviously COVID dependent but yeah, we’re really excited to be able to do that and we’ll get you in there as well Trish.

Trish

Yeah, look lucky to have an Endermologie unite, invite a whole bunch of practitioners that would look at Endermologie and just even show those pictures of people that have had, surgical treatments and but had Endermologie before and then, as a precursor to having a better result is that during of their treatment, and then the after treatment as well, because that’s just like, I think that can be lacking a lot these days, we just focus on the actual procedure rather than the prep before and the staff afterwards and that’s what can make the difference between an okay result and an outstanding result. Oh, certainly.

Paul

Yeah. Look, I think the practitioners that are combining technologies into their surgical approach are the ones that are doing it to just overall improve the outcome. And I know the surgical techniques have improved. And yeah, there are some fantastic operators out there. But there’s some great technologies that will just help compliment the work of their hands, I suppose.

Trish

Yeah, yeah. Oh, that’s awesome. Well, thank you so much for joining us this morning, Paul.

Paul

Thanks for having me, Trish. It’s fantastic. Pleasure.

Trish

And listen, look, if you do want to find anything else, I’ll put everything in the post here so you can check it out. Otherwise, if there’s something more that you want to know, just drop us an email, or DM us online, will ask for you so thanks so much for joining us today, Paul.

Paul

Thank you. Thanks, Trish and have a great day.

Trish

You too. Bye.

Paul

See you then.
